Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES has three locations throughout the region. The main administrative offices are located at the Frank W. Cyr Center (formerly the Rexmere Hotel) in Stamford, NY. Additionally, ONC BOCES operates two occupational centers: Northern Catskills Occupational Center (NCOC), located in Grand Gorge, NY, and Otsego Area Occupational Center (OAOC), located in Milford, NY.
