10-Hour Course
A 10-hour basic course that meets the New York State Education Department regulation 156.3 requirement that all attendants and monitors hired after July 1, 2003 take a 10-hour basic School Bus Monitor and Attendant course within their first year of employment. The instructor follows the New York State Education Department approved curriculum as issued by the Pupil Transportation Safety Institute. The 10-hour course is held once a year.
The dates for the Spring 2023/24 courses are March 22 and March 23, 2024.
