The summer Administrative Staff Workshop will take place on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at SUNY Oneonta.
 
Registration materials will be distributed in May and also posted on here.

Administrative Staff Webinar Series
The topics for our 2019-2020 webinar, “Lunch and Learn” series have been selected. The webinar series is in addition to the CASSC 621 Co-Ser! Districts will have the opportunity to support best practices and provide ongoing professional development to their Educational Office Professionals through this informative Webinar series. Staff are encouraged to participate in groups in a conference setting. The program can be customized to the unique needs of each district. Schools may choose to attend webinars “live”, or select a time that works best for each team’s needs. 
 
The live webinars will run from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Topics and Dates are as the following 7 topics. Your district may sign up for the October date as an opportunity to “try it out” at no cost!

Oct. 8, 2019 Creative approaches to collaborate using technology in the post e-mail era. (Microsoft, Google or third-party applications).
Nov. 12, 2019 The office staff person's role in school safety.
Dec. 10, 2019 Customer disconnects that lead to negative impressions when good service is provided. 
Jan 14, 2020 Intro to pivot tables in Excel.
Feb 11, 2020 How to create efective presentations.
April 14, 2020 How to create your own writing style and document look.
May 5, 2020 How to create an intranet site using google sites. (Internal department website for staff).

Only districts that are members of the Study Council and members of this CoSer may participate.  In order to add this program, CASSC member districts who belong to ONC may submit a Request for Additional Services form to BOCES.  CASSC member districts from DCMO may submit a Cross-Contract.
