A partnership between the State University College at Oneonta and area school districts since 1951. Serving schools in the Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES and the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES. 

 Governance:
The CASSC is governed by a Board of Trustees:

• 3 School District Superintendents from the Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES

• 3 School District Superintendents from the Delaware Chenango Madison Otsego BOCES

• ONC BOCES District Superintendent

• SUNY Oneonta Director of Advisement and Field Experience

The Board of Trustees meets at regular intervals throughout the year and is the governing body that approves programs and expenditures.
