Effective January 1, 2026, the CASEBP Dental Plan will be administered by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. Dental benefits and coverage will remain the same. This transition will provide enhanced customer service, improved online tools, and an overall stronger administrative experience.

Please note the following important details:

· Claims incurred before January 1, 2026: These will continue to be administered by Ameritas for up to 90 days. Please ensure that you and your dental provider submit any claims with service dates prior to January 1, 2026, to Ameritas for processing. All orthodontia claims and remaining maximums will be transferred to Excellus during and after this 90-day period.

· Claims incurred on or after January 1, 2026: These claims will be processed by Excellus. Please inform your dental provider of your new coverage so that bills are submitted correctly. As noted above, orthodontia claims and maximums will transition to Excellus during and after the 90-day period.

Members will receive a welcome packet and new Excellus Dental ID cards in late December 2025. Until then, CASEBP encourages members to keep copies of any dental records or claim information for reference during the transition.

EVERNORTH EnGUIDE PHARMACY AND GLP-1 MEDICATIONS

Starting June 15, 2025, Evernorth EnGuide Pharmacy, powered by CHD will be CASEBP's new dedicated pharmacy filling GLP-1 medications for home delivery.

To make the transition easy for you, Express Scripts will transfer your prescription to EnGuide Pharmacy so that you may continue to enjoy the convenience of home delivery.

If you prefer, you may use a different in-network pharmacy instead to fill your medication. That pharmacy can contact Express Scripts to support the transfer of your prescription, if you currently use Express Scripts for home delivery.
