NYS Labor Law §27-a, Part 801 - Recording and Reporting Public Employees' Occupational Injuries and Illnesses
OSHA requires statistics to be collected on workplace injuries and illnesses.

Services:
Assist in implementing and interpreting recordkeeping requirements.
Act as a liaison with OSHA and the NYS Department of Labor.
Interpret school district's statistics and applying information to future risk reduction.
