Starting June 15, 2025, Evernorth EnGuide Pharmacy, powered by CHD will be CASEBP's new dedicated pharmacy filling GLP-1 medications for home delivery.

To make the transition easy for you, Express Scripts will transfer your prescription to EnGuide Pharmacy so that you may continue to enjoy the convenience of home delivery.

If you prefer, you may use a different in-network pharmacy instead to fill your medication. That pharmacy can contact Express Scripts to support the transfer of your prescription, if you currently use Express Scripts for home delivery.

This is a list of the most commonly prescribed drugs. It represents an abbreviated version of the drug list that is at the core of CASEBP's prescription plan. This list is not all-inclusive and does not guarantee coverage. In additional to using this list, you are encouraged to ask your doctor to prescribe generic drugs whenever appropriate. 

This list also shows the excluded medications not covered on the Express Scripts National Preferred Formulary beginning January 1, 2024. In most cases, if you fill a prescription for one of these drugs, you will pay the full retail price. It is encouraged to discuss with your provider the consideration of writing a new prescription for one of the preferred alternatives.
