CASEBP has partnered with NationsHearing to offer retirees enrolled in The Hartford Plan a full-service hearing aid discount program. NationsHearing makes the process of selecting hearing aids as convenient and affordable as possible.
Members have two ways to access their hearing discount program.
In-Person Experience
CALL: 877-267-2303 (TTY:711) and speak with a Member Experience Advisor (MEA) to schedule your hearing test.
TEST: If the test results show hearing loss, we’ll help you find the highest quality hearing aids at the best value.
FIT: We work with your provider to help you get fitted for new hearing aids.
FOLLOW-UP: To ensure your complete satisfaction, a MEA will contact you to see if you need any further assistance.

Digital Hearing Experience
LOGIN: Log into your member portal at Members. NationsHearing.com/CASEPB to access your hearing discount with code CASEBP491.
TEST: Take a hearing test and receive your results within minutes.
HEARING AIDS: Order your hearing aids using your discount and have them shipped at no added cost.
CONNECT: Connect with an online representative if you have questions.
