ONC BOCES 2026-27 District-Wide Safety Plan

In accordance with Education Law §2801-a and Commissioner’s regulation §155.17, each public school district must develop and annually update a District-Wide Safety Plan.  Annually, the District-Wide Safety Plan is to be made available for 30 days of public comment, including a public hearing, and then approved by the Board of Education by August 17th, 2026.

The ONC BOCES 2026-27 District-Wide Safety Plan was made available July 1st, 2026, and will be adopted on August 17th, 2026.  Please submit any comments or suggestions to javery@oncboces.org
